” I feel wonderful. That Swan thing has taken the pain away from my
lower back that I’ve had for years!!! I can hardly believe the instant
relief I got. “
Body, Mind, Spirit....
The TriPilates Difference!
When we practice Pilates, our minds
connect to our bodies through concentration, centering,
control, precision, and breath. While Pilates is a mind/body
practice, we believe that it enhances spiritual well-being.
Some of the benefits of the Classical
Pilates Method:
Core Strength
Flexibility
Correct Posture
Self-Awareness
Sense of Well-being
Enhance Sports Performance
Injury Prevention
Vigor
It is precisely this 'vigor' that
inspired TriPilates.
We hope you will try Pilates with your
regular exercise routine. The benefits will bring renewed energy
to all of your endeavors. There are two basic ways to learn and
practice Pilates:
1) Private or group equipment classes
and,
2) Group mat classes, which are group
classes that take place on a mat using no equipment.
Most clients practice a combination of
equipment lessons and mat classes. In a private lesson, your
instructor tailors your workout for your particular needs and goals
and the individual attention you receive helps you advance as quickly
as possible.
It might be that a painful condition
or injury will be greatly helped by Pilates, however,
we suggest you work in private lessons until you've recovered. Group
equipment classes and mat classes are not appropriate for injured
clients.
TriPilates Mission TriPilates inspires people of all
ages and fitness levels to realize
greater balance, connection and
vigor in their bodies, minds and
spirits through the movements
of Pilates exercises. We believe
that by teaching and practicing
Pilates, we empower others and
ourselves to be healthier, energized,
calm, and more positive.
